May (Mimi)
Mimi Kwan - Mimi's sister Nina opened the salon in 1987. Two years prior, Mimi had become a licensed esthetician. Mimi's specialty is making clients feel special. She has many clients who have been coming to see her for over a decade. Mimi has been working with the elite French skincare line Yonka of Paris since 1992.
Yen
Yen Kam Siu- Yen began his acupuncture apprenticeship
at the age of 14 in Vietnam. He practiced in various
countries in Asia before coming to the United States in
1980. He received his Texas license from AOMA and
practices whole body wellness with everything that
encompasses Traditional Chinese Medicine, from
Chinese herbs to acupuncture.
Debi
Debi Abney hails from Indiana and has been a licensed
massage therapist since 1998. She began working at
Nina's in 2001. Her specialty is Deep Tissue massage.
Nancy
Nancy is our full time nail technician. She started at
Nina's in 1995. Nancy pays special attention to each of
her clients making sure they leave with healthy and
beautiful nails.
Diane
Dianne Cotten is a 2007 graduate of A New Beginning
School of Massage in Austin. She started practicing at
Nina's in 2011.
Elise
After gaining a degree in psychology and traveling the world, Elise found a connection to healing through massage and bodywork. She studied at Denver Integrative Massage School, and the Thai Institute, learning a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Thai Massage. Her goal is for her clients to feel at ease in their bodies and to feel blessed to move through the world in their human form. Elise joined our team in 2019.
